About Flight‑Crew Tools
Flight‑Crew Tools is an internal portal designed to streamline the daily operations of our crew. It combines duty scheduling, per diem management, year‑round overviews and essential resources into a single platform. This reduces reliance on spreadsheets and disparate files, improves transparency, and saves time for everyone.
Key sections
- Duty Schedule: Manage duty rosters by marking each day as on duty, day off, vacation, standby, sick leave or training. Schedules are stored on the server and visible to all colleagues. A handy copy button lets you replicate the previous month’s pattern.
- Allowance: Record routing information, aircraft type, per diem allowances, freelance earnings and transfers for each day. Totals are calculated automatically and you can export data to PDF or CSV. Monthly data is saved server‑side and can be archived for future reference.
- Summary: View a complete annual calendar showing the schedule of every crew member at a glance. Colour coding helps identify duty days, holidays and other statuses quickly.
- Contacts, Documents & News: Access crew contact details, important manuals and company policies, and read news or announcements relevant to the team.
- Mail Client: An integrated webmail interface (Roundcube) allows you to check and send email without leaving the portal.
